About TurfMasters, LLC
TurfMasters services the Augusta, GA, and Columbia, SC, area with weed control and fertilizer for Bermuda, Centipede, St Augustine, and Zoysia lawns.
TurfMasters was established in 2003, as TurfMasters Lawncare LLC, by Anthony Grinnell and two partners. Their goal was to become the premier chemical treatment service in the Augusta, GA, and Columbia, SC areas. We were founded on the principles of providing a service that is technically superior, and customer friendly. Locally owned and operated, we offer that “small town” personal attention that you just can’t find anywhere else.
In 2008 the company was divided into three smaller businesses. The Augusta location became TurfMasters of Augusta LLC owned and operated by Anthony Grinnell, with the Columbia, SC, location being TurfMasters of Columbia LLC. The principles that we were founded on remain the same. To date, TurfMasters of Augusta LLC provides fertilization and weed control services to businesses and residences throughout the Augusta, GA area. Whereas TurfMasters of Columbia LLC provides the exact same services to both residential and commercial customers in the Columbia, SC area. The properties that we serve look the best of any in the area, as our lawn care programs are custom-tailored for each, individual lawn, ensuring maximum effectiveness for your lawn and your lawn alone – no two lawns and landscapes are ever the exact same, so they all require slightly different protocols for ensuring they look great all year long.
We minimize overhead by driving regular trucks. We don’t spend a lot of money on advertising. We put that money toward superior products, training, and savings that we pass along to you, our customer. The end result is a better product, better delivery of service, at a better price. Our business has grown each of the last eight years due in large part to referrals from happy customers. We are very proud of this achievement.
